About Me
Hello, I'm Shaun, the person behind Little Ninja Painting.
I've been wargaming and miniature painting a long time but have become a full-time commission artist since 2017.
I'm based in Cinderford, Forest of Dean and have customers using my service from all over the UK, Europe and countries such as USA and Australia.
Services
Painting
I can paint most things in most scales and prices are on my price list.
I run a simple queue system with no bookable slots. My time-frame is, once an order is received, to be starting the painting in around 5-6 weeks from then.
I keep in contact with customers during the process either via email or social media messaging.
Varnish
I use brush on Vallejo varnish, reducing any chance of spray varnish frosting etc.
No additional cost for this.
Construction
I can construct multi-part models.
Cost is 50p per
Packaging
For me, this is just as important as any other stage in the commission process.
Every model is individually bubble wrapped secured with a masking tape tab for easy unwrapping.
Orders are packed into small boxes which are then added into a larger box.
Basing
I like the basing part and it definitely completes the look.
Generally I attach models to an mdf base, apply filler to hide any integral base. I then glue on sand and gravel which is painted, then flock and tufts added to customers liking.
Cost is 25p per.
Postage & Payment
Return post is paid for by the customer and included in the invoice. I use Royal mail in most instances and recommend that insurance is included. If the value of the painting commission and base miniatures cost is in excess of Royal Mails included insurance I will recommend adding extra 3rd party insurance (Secursus)
Invoices are completed and emailed once customers are happy with the work and agreed postage.
Bank transfer payments are best and I include details with invoices.
Paypal is also accepted
